Kimberly Vargas, PHR is the founder and CEO of Integrative HR Partners, LLC. At the inception of her career, Kimberly earned her masters degree in Organizational Development from National-Louis University, as well as her Professional in Human Resources designation from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). She has worked in various Human Resources roles ever since, spanning many industries. Now a seasoned leader with over twenty years of experience, she provides business consulting to organizations for their various HR needs.
